About Us

Grady and Leanne Parker established Floppy's Mouse Club in 2002. Grady has certifications in Computer Science and Computer Network Administration and other small business experience. Leanne has extensive education and work experience in the Social Services field including working with children. The two backgrounds were merged in order to form the foundation for the creation of Floppy's Mouse Club. The Floppy's Mouse Club pledge is to offer the most effective and rewarding early computer education available for preschoolers and grade school age children. The twenty-first century promises to offer many challenges to our youth, and Floppy's Mouse Club pledges to make a difference with our innovative, effective, and exciting computer training.

Floppy's Mouse Club teaches over one thousand children each week and our qualified instructors are dedicated to enhance and challenge your child's computing aptitude. Floppy's Mouse Club instructors are hired based on qualifications that include extensive computing skills and most importantly, compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on your child's future. Floppy's Mouse Club instructors adhere to Texas State Regulatory Commission statutes. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has determined technological guidelines and requirements for preschool aged children through first grade. These guidelines set a standard of acquired education, which includes computer literacy and application. Floppy's Mouse Club not only follows and implements these standards through comprehensive classes, but goes far beyond the expectations nd requirements set forth by the TEA. Floppy's Mouse Club is the proven leader in early childhood technological education.

Floppy's Mouse Club's copyrighted curriculum is specifically designed to provide lessons plans that posses a clear objective to be taught each month by each instructor. Learning a new skill each month will prepare your child to enter Kindergarten or First grade with computer skills at or above the level of expectation.
